American Dialect Survey Beautifully Mapped
We all know how people in different parts of the US say different words (Soda/pop, you all/y’all), but there are quite a few you’d never notice if you don’t travel around a lot. Fortunately, NC State Ph. D candidate Josh Katz just published this incredible series of visualizations of all those little dialectical differences.
